Multi-stakeholder Food Systems Dialogues in the Global South (Africa and Latin America)

Healthy PeopleHealthy Climate Farming Governance Agriculture Behaviour Consumption Policy Project
Multi stakeholder dialogues

To continue building on the momentum generated in 2021, the overarching aim of the project is to build and consolidate the processes and mechanisms for promoting multi-stakeholder dialogues on urban food systems as a follow-up to the Food Systems Summit (FSS) in Africa and Latin America. This is done through a series of food systems labs workshops and city-to-city exchanges in Kenya, Senegal and South Africa. In doing so, the project will contribute towards strengthening food systems governance linkages between local and national level through supporting local and national governments to understand their roles in shaping the urban food system.
