Smart Innovation for Small-Scale Producers Accessing Markets
In April 2023, the Municipality of Copenhagen hosted a training event in the city's town hall, called “Smart Innovation for Small-Scale Producers Accessing Markets”.
Speakers from various positions along the food value chain shared experiences and challenges in helping small-scale farmers access markets. From farmers to lawyers specialised in public procurement - including people with expertise in contract management of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) - the aggregated knowledge enabled a valuable room for discussions as well as problem-solving.
