Recommendations on Sustainable and Healthy School Food Procurement
As part of the EU-funded StratKIT project, a set of eight recommendations on Sustainable and Healthy School Food Procurement for national and EU policy makers have been developed by ICLEI.
The recommendations were prepared in close consultation with the Procura+ City Interest Group on School Food Procurement and other experts.
These recommendations support the EU Farm to Fork Strategy and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
